The document was developed by one of the leaders in this industry, Urban Style LLP, under the leadership of Lyubov Vladimirovna Nysanbayeva, the Chairman of the Union of Urban Planners of Kazakhstan.
In the new master plan, the development scheme of the district center was completely changed; experts made a demographic forecast, planned a new city center and formed public areas. As part of the project, detailed steps for residential areas planning were developed. The document was approved by the public council, the maslikhat of the district and is designed for 40 years.
