The goal of the project is to create conditions for attracting people with rich human capital. We have already identified land plots for the cottage village and developed a draft design.
Results:
Land plots have been determined.
A preliminary design has been developed (2 million tenge).
The concept includes a territory zoning scheme, an architectural solution, layout and interior, 3d visualization and functional diagrams.
